My bakery began as a heartfelt journey for me, moving to the U.S. from Thailand with a passion for baking and a dream to bring Thai-inspired flavors to American donuts. Growing up in Chumpon, Thailand, I was surrounded by the sweet aromas of my mother’s café, where I learned to love the art of baking. Missing the flavors of my homeland and inspired by the warmth of my childhood memories, I decided to create donuts that would bring a piece of Thailand to my new home in Saint Paul. With determination and a love for experimentation, I taught myself the skills needed to craft my own unique, handcrafted donuts.
From my kitchen to my bakery, I pour my heart into every donut, using flavors and ingredients that remind me of home—like coconut, a symbol of my heritage and family traditions. With each donut I make, I hope to share a taste of my journey and invite customers into the vibrant world of Thai-inspired treats. The warm reception and support I’ve received from the Saint Paul community have made this experience even more special, and I feel grateful to create something that brings people together.
