I’m Kim, the heart and soul of Fluffy Bakery, where I bring my passion for Asian-inspired flavors to life through my unique brioche donuts. Growing up in Chumpon, Thailand, I was surrounded by the sweet aromas of my mother’s café, where I learned to love the art of baking. After moving to the United States, I missed the flavors of my homeland and wanted to create something that would bring a piece of Thailand to my new home in Saint Paul. I taught myself the skills to craft these delicious treats, blending my Thai heritage with classic American donuts.
Each day, I pour my heart into making every donut, ensuring they are infused with the flavors and ingredients that remind me of home, like coconut—an ingredient that symbolizes my heritage and family traditions. It’s incredibly rewarding to share my journey and invite customers into the vibrant world of Thai-inspired treats. The warm reception and support I’ve received from the Saint Paul community mean the world to me.
